Bachman and his wife grow Riesling, Chardonnay, Gewurztraminer and
Cabernet Sauvignon vines, as planted by the winery’s previous owners.
The Bachmans use their grapes as well as some from other wineries in the
Finger Lake region to produce a variety of wines, including Chardonnay
(vintage 2003), Semi-Dry Riesling (vintage 2004) Cayuga White (vintage
2004), and an Aunt Clara (a semi-sweet blend featuring Catawba, one of
the native American grapes). The reds consist of Cabernet Sauvignon
(vintage 2000), Cabernet Franc (vintage 2002), Pinot Noir (vintage
2002), Baco Noir (vintage 2002), and a Rocking Chair Red (a semi-sweet
red). The two blushes are a Country Blush and Uncle Charlie (featuring
the fruity flavor of the Catawba grapes). The winery also offers custom
labels for ordered bottles.

Callaghan Vineyards offers a good selection of white and red wines. The
whites include Dry Riesling (2004) and Lisa’s Selection (2004). The reds
sold are as follows: Little Red (2003), Syrah (2003), Zinfandel (2004),
Padres (2004), Claire’s (2004), and Buena Suerta Cuvee (2003).

Laurel Glen is primarily a vineyard, with different wineries from
California to Argentina using their grapes to produce a multitude of
varietals. The vineyard does sell a Cabernet Sauvignon wine of different

Chappellet Winery offers several varietals, including its Signature
Cabernet Sauvignon. Other red wines by Chappellet are Prichard Hill

Corison grows the Cabernet Sauvignon grape in California’s Napa Valley
and primarily produces a Cabernet Sauvignon wine on the Corison label in
addition to another on the Kronos label (various vintage years). She
