Editor's Note

In the "Only Online" section of the Spring 2002 PCMOnline, we've included three stories of remarkable alumni. Citlali Sosa-Riddell, a 1997 graduate, dedicated two years to work with the Service Employees International Union's campaign, Justice for Janitors, where she gained valuable insight into service workers' struggle for equality. Peters Kuhns, another 1997 graduate, continues his work with ACORN, a non-profit organization committed to establishing tenants rights in urban areas. And, finally, Carla Woerhle, a 1972 graduate, has taken her interest in civil liberties to the courtroom as a federal magistrate in Los Angeles.

While there are many Pomona alumni who hope to live in a just and safe society, these are just three who make it their personal and everyday struggle.
