Bulletin Board
A Book of Campus Memories
The College is compiling for future publication a book of photographs
and text documenting and celebrating its remarkable campus. Widely
acknowledged to be one of the most beautiful in the West, Pomona’s
campus also represents, for many, an important formative environment,
redolent with memories and associations.
In an effort to reveal the “place”—both physical and conceptual—that is
Pomona College, we are interested in hearing from alumni who might wish
to reflect on the campus and its impact on their lives here.
Thoughts, memories and anecdotes about a particular building or area, or
about the campus in general, may be submitted before June 1, 2005, to
Marjorie Harth, professor emerita, history of art, Lebus Court, Pomona
College, 333 N. College Way, Claremont, CA 91711, or by e-mail to
mharth@pomona.edu.
Please limit your submission to one short paragraph and give your full
name and class year. Those submissions selected for inclusion will be
attributed and may be edited for length and style.
How e-Sagehens Stay Connected
Alumni can get campus news during the months between issues of Pomona
College Magazine. Our e-newsletter, Alumni@Pomona, goes out to thousands
of alumni six times yearly. Packaged in a convenient e-mail format, the
