Board of Trustees
The Board of Trustees of Pomona College oversees the College’s leadership, planning and resources, working to ensure the continuing vitality of the institution and its ability to fulfill its mission now and for future generations.
Office of the President
The ninth president of Pomona College, David W. Oxtoby has served Pomona since 2003. An internationally noted chemist, he previously served as dean of physical sciences at the University of Chicago.

Dean of the College
Cecilia Conrad, vice president for academic affairs and dean of the college, is responsible for the quality of the academic program and for its continuing improvement. The office supports the faculty in their teaching and research, administers the academic program and helps the College explore new instructional initiatives.

Dean of Students
Miriam Feldblum, vice president and dean of students, oversees Student Affairs, the residence halls and the dining halls, as well as the Dean of Students’ Office, Campus Life, the Smith Campus Center and its related areas, the Career Development Office, and the Draper Center.

Dean of Admissions and Financial Aid
Seth Allen, vice president and dean of admissions and financial aid, oversees offices that identify, recruit, enroll and retain an academically superior student body rich in talent and broad in diversity. The Office of Admissions and the Office of Financial Aid support this goal by communicating the value of a Pomona education; building relationships with prospective students, families, schools, programs, and the Pomona College community; providing counseling and financial assistance; and promoting the visibility of Pomona College.

Advancement
Christopher Ponce, vice president for Advancement, oversees offices that work to provide resources to support the College's mission and keep relationships between the College and the members of its extended family strong and active. This office includes Alumni Relations, Annual Fund, Major Gifts, Foundation and Corporate Relations, Parent Relations, Trusts and Estates, Donor Relations and the Office of Communications.

Vice President of Planning Richard Fass heads the Office of Planning, which oversees Informational Technology Services (ITS) and Institutional Research, and coordinates strategic planning activities.

Treasurer
Vice President and Treasurer Karen Sisson oversees the College's budget and endowment, as well as Office of Facilities and Campus Services, which covers construction planning, maintenance, sustainability, summer conferences, dining, grounds and housekeeping; Human Resources; the Business Office; and Real Property.
