A Screening of "The Dark Side of Chocolate"
September 23, 2012Does your favorite chocolate have a bitter taste? It might.
Forty percent of the world’s supply of cocoa beans comes from West Africa, a crop harvested by an estimated 15,000 enslaved children.
The Environmental Analysis Program and Dining Services, with support from the Mellon Foundation-Elemental Arts Initiative, are pleased to sponsor a screening of "The Dark Side of Chocolate".
