PPA Internships - 2012

Students in the class of 2013 are currently completing their internships (outlined below).

Rachael Bollens, Biology/PPA, will intern with a healthcare provider. 

Cati Crawford, Neuroscience/PPA, will, intern with the Childhood Obesity Research Center at the University of Southern California. 

Sophia Geffens, Special Major in Health Policy/PPA, will intern with East Valley Community Health Center in the HIV Outreach Department. 

Courtney Hamilton, Politics/PPA, will work in an internship that is health related.

Jasmine Johnson (Scripps College), Politics/PPA, is interested in educational policy. 

Alice Mirlesse (Claremont McKenna College), Anthropology/PPA, will intern next fall with Neighborhood Legal Services. 

Thomas Mooney-Meyers, Politics/PPA, will intern with the City of Claremont in the Economic Development Department.

Julia Neaves, Economics/PPA, will intern with Claremont Unified School District in the Business Services Department.

Courtney Powers, Science, Technology, and Society/PPA, will intern for the Children’s Defense Fund in Los Angeles. 

Stephen Sanders, Environmental Analysis Policy/PPA, will complete his internship in Washington, D.C. with the Coalition for Clean Air.

Howie Vogt, Politics/PPA, will intern either with Environment America, the Bureau of Land Management, or ERIS in Redlands, CA. Howie is interested in land use issues.
