Audio/Visual Event Services (CCAVES)

CCAVES (pronounced caves) is the Campus Center Audio/Visual Event Services. We manage sound and presentation equipment for student events. CCAVES requests are fulfilled based upon the availability of technicians and equipment. The cost of CCAVES service is $11 per hour, per technician. To arrange CCAVES service fill out a request form available via download from this site or at the ASPC office (Smith Campus Center Suite 244).
