Pomona College Internship Program (PCIP)

The Pomona College Internship Program (PCIP) offers students paid opportunities to intern at various organizations in the greater Los Angeles area. Around 150 students intern at over 50 different organizations representing multiple industries during an academic year.

We are always looking for new organizations to join our long-standing paid internship program. Essentially, we provide the funding for Pomona students to go out in the Los Angeles area organizations and intern. There is no cost to your organization, and you get a dedicated intern(s) for 60-80 hours (they can intern for more than 80 hours but on an unpaid, voluntary basis). Pomona College is the actual employer of the students, which helps cover some of the administrative work of having an intern, as your main role is to supervise them.
