  • CSS\Financial Aid PROFILE
    • Available online (Pomona College school code: 4607)
    • Noncustodial Parents must complete the Noncustodial PROFILE (NCP). Students who indicate on the Profile that their parents are divorced/separated will receive a CSS ID and an initial password for the Non-Custodial Profile. The secure link to the Non-Custodial Profile, the CSS ID and the Initial Password, may be sent by email to the non-custodial parent.
  • Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA)
    • Available online beginning January 1, 2013 (Pomona College school code: 001173)
    • NOTE: Families whose 2012 federal tax returns have not yet been completed by the April 1, 2013 deadline should still complete the FAFSA application using estimated values.
  • Signed Copy of Parent(s)’ 2012 Federal Tax Returns or Parent Non-Filing Statement
    • For tax return filers, include all Schedules and Form W-2s
    • For non-filers, include all Form W-2s and the 2013-14 Parent Non-Filing Statement [pdf]
    • Submit to Pomona College via the College Board IDOC service.
    • NOTE: Parents who have not yet completed their 2012 federal tax returns by the April 1, 2013, deadline must mail in their 2011 federal tax returns directly to Pomona College Office of Financial Aid.  Once the 2012 tax returns have been completed, they should be mailed immediately to the College Board IDOC service.
  • Signed Copy of Student’s 2012 Federal Tax Returns or Student Non-Filing Statement
    • For tax return filers, include all Schedules and Form W-2s
    • For non-filers, include all Form W-2s and the 2013-14 Student Non-Filing Statemen [pdf] t
    • Submit to Pomona College via the College Board IDOC service.
    • NOTE: Students who have not yet completed their 2012 federal tax returns by the April 1, 2013, deadline must mail in their 2011 federal tax returns directly to Pomona College Office of Financial Aid.  Once the 2012 tax returns have been completed, they should be mailed immediately to the College Board IDOC service.
  • Signed 2013-14 Verification Worksheet
    • Available online beginning February 1, 2013 
    • Submit to Pomona College via the College Board IDOC service.
  • Signed Business Tax Returns (if applicable)
    • If your parent(s) own all or part of a Corporation, S-Corporation, or Partnership, they must submit a complete and signed copy of 2012 IRS Form 1120, 1120S or 1065, with K-1s and all related schedules.
    • Submit to Pomona College via the College Board IDOC service.
  • Signed Non-Custodial Parent 2012 Federal Tax Returns or Parent Non-Filing Statement (if applicable)
