Forms for Current Students
Taxable Scholarships
If you received scholarship and grant aid in 2011 that totals more than the cost of tuition, fees, and books, you may have taxable financial aid that should be included in your U.S. income tax return. In some cases, this may also be included in state and city income tax returns. For instructions and a worksheet, please download the following form:

Appeals
Returning students who have received an award for 2012-2013 and are requesting additional assistance must use the 2012-13 Financial Aid Appeal Worksheet [pdf] . Reasons for appeal include unexpected loss of family income due to job loss or employment change, unusually high unreimbursed medical expenses, or other unavoidable circumstances that result in a family not having sufficient resources to cover the costs of a Pomona College education. Results of an appeal may include additional loan eligibility or increased Pomona scholarship assistance. Please keep in mind that all financial aid awarded by Pomona College is based solely upon a family's demonstrated financial need.
Financial Assistance for Housing Between Semesters
Financial assistance is generally not available to students who wish to remain on campus when school is not in session - for example, during winter break or over the summer. Students seeking assistance for these expenses should contact the Financial Aid Office to see if loan assistance is available. Limited funding for exceptional circumstances may be available through the Dean of Students Office.
