The Queer Resource Center is a 7 College resource center serving the lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer, questioning, asexual, omnisexual, pansexual and allied community at the Claremont Colleges; Claremont Graduate University, Claremont McKenna College, Harvey Mudd College, Keck Graduate Institute, Pitzer College, Pomona College, and Scripps College.

The QRC has something for everyone
Whether you identify as lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer, questioning, asexual, omnisexual, pansexual, or as ally the QRC has something to offer you! Our space houses a great collection of over 1200 LGBTQ-related books which can be checked out, used as textbooks for classes or research material for papers, and we also have a wide selection of queer movies that can be rented for free. The QRC's student staff members work hard every semester hosting a number of fantastic programs in addition to co-sponsoring many other events with various organizations.

Our lounge and lobby (aka rainbow ski lodge) can be used for organizational meetings, doing homework and studying, or simply hanging out with good friends in a safe and welcoming space.
In addition to the student staff members from the 5Cs and a graduate assistant from Claremont Graduate University, the QRC Director is available for drop-in hours. If you are dealing with issues of sexual orientation or gender identity, coming out, or just to say hi - her door is open!
If you have any questions about queer life at the Claremont Colleges or the Queer Resource Center, please don't hesitate to stop by the QRC. The QRC is located on Pomona's campus south east of Frary Dining Hall, in Walton Commons. Our address is 395 E. 6th Street.
T-Shirts Are Here!
A new QRC t-shirt was designed by our staff this year and it is now on sale at the QRC! They are black, short-sleeved, cotton shirts available in sizes S-XXL. Just bring $5 anytime we are open and one of our QRC staffers will pull one out for you OR be on the lookout at QRC events for staffers with t-shirts to sell.
