Visiting Student Applicants

We welcome applications for Visiting Student status from students who have completed at least one year as a full-time student at another college or university and are still currently enrolled.

Admitted Visiting Students may attend Pomona for the fall semester or an academic year and must complete four full-credit courses per semester. They must live on campus and confirm with their home institution that Pomona credits will transfer. We do not accept applications from individuals who have already earned a bachelor’s degree, nor are Visiting Students eligible to earn a degree at Pomona. Admission is granted on a space-available basis. Visiting Students are not eligible for financial aid from Pomona College. However, your home institution may allow you to apply your financial aid package to a semester of study at Pomona. Applications are due Jan. 8; applicants are notified by April 1 and must respond by May 1. Access the Visiting Student Application here.
