Cash
Cash is appropriate for most types of life-income agreement. You may have a savings account or maturing certificate of deposit or a payment from a note or other source of cash that you would like to use.

  • Net Income Unitrust --- A net income unitrust distributes the interest and dividend income earned by the trust each year, up to a maximum percentage. It is appropriate for gifts of $100,000 or more. More Info...

  • Basic Unitrust --- A basic unitrust distributes a fixed percentage of the value of the trust assets.
