Join colleagues in a discussion of various service models for alumni career
programs and hear fresh ideas to apply in everyday work and planning. Highlights
include a discussion of trends and issues in alumni career services, a panel
presentation from different alumni programs, and roundtable discussions on
topics such as:
- Marketing Services to Alumni
- Identifying Key Programs, Services and Workshops
- Successful Alumni career events and programs
- Alumni Career Counseling delivery systems and challenges
- The Role of Technology (alumni mentor database, job posting, video info
interviews, website resources, on-line communities, technology vendors,
social networking sites, etc)
- Partnering between Career Services and Alumni Affairs - who does what?
- Tracking and assessment/evaluation of Alumni Career Services
Who should attend?
Anyone who works with alumni career services in a college or university setting.
Whether you have a well-established program or just considering starting one,
you will benefit from this chance to discuss and learn from your colleagues.
Registration Deadline: Friday, June 6, 2008
Registration Fee: $50.00 - includes breakfast, lunch,
refreshments and parking.
