How do I interview successfully?
In a word, practice. Know yourself well, know the needs of the
position and practice presenting your background as a match for
the position. Also make sure you know the employer and its current
issues. There are a variety of questions you may encounter in an
interview. Generally, they boil down into three categories:
Behavior-oriented, Analytically-oriented
and Personal Descriptor-oriented.
