Recruiting Opportunities
On-Campus Interviews and Presentations
Pomona coordinates its recruiting efforts with four of the other highly regarded
Claremont Colleges: Claremont McKenna, Pitzer, Scripps, and Harvey Mudd.
Recruiting at Pomona allows your organization to interview Pomona
students as well as students from these other top-notch schools without having to
visit each campus individually. Additionally, we now offer employers the
option to include recent graduates and/or graduate students from the two
graduate schools in our consortium, the Claremont Graduate University and the
Keck Graduate Institute.Presentations may be scheduled during the day or evening and give you the
opportunity to provide more information about your organization to interested
students. On-campus interview visits give you the chance to interview up to 12
candidates in one day.
With the use of Route 47, our web-based
recruiting system powered by NACElink/Symplicity, we are able to make your interview date
hassle-free with on-line resume and schedule access before your visit. To

Recruiting visits are scheduled October through April. Our staff can help you
determine the best time for your organization to visit Pomona College. If you
are unable to come to campus to recruit, we can set up a Resume Referral where
students can apply for your position through our Route 47 system and you can
review quality candidates at a time convenient for you. These services are
available to you free of charge.
