CDO Services and Resources for Alumni
The Pomona College Career Development Office and Alumni Association provide a
wide variety of services to help alumni advance their careers. Our
resources deliver the optimum balance between personalized service and
innovative technology.
Sagehen Career Connections
The
Sagehen Career Connection is a searchable, online database comprised of Alumni
and Parent Career Advisors. This special group of alumni and parents have agreed
to share their contact information and career and graduate school histories on this database.
Career Resource Library
Updated annuallly with nearly 2000 books and publications,the Career Resource Library is now one of the largest and most current collections of career-related
materials in the nation. The Career Resource Library is a great place to research or just
browse!
CDO Site-ings
CDO Site-ings offers a comprehensive list of career-related websites.
Organized using the CDO Classification System, the links are cross-referenced
and easy to research and navigate. All links have been reviewed by the CDO
for quality. Some may require a password
as they are accessible only through the office's paid subscription. Please
let us know if you come

Career Counseling and Advising
Graduated within the last five years? On a space-available basis, meet one-on-one
with a professional staff member at no cost to review career-related issues and
strategies. Graduated more than five years ago? The CDO has partnered with
distance career counseling specialists
Ready Minds, which offers a
variety of counseling options with national certified counselors.
Figuring Out Interests
An online skills assessment is available at no charge to alumni. To use
Skillscan, obtain the password from the CDO by e-mail
or call (909) 621-8144.
Fellowship Listings
The CDO maintains information on hundreds fellowships and scholarships on our MonsterTRAK system.
Information on accessing these listings is available online.

Connection
The Alumni-to-Alumni Job
Connection is an online job board where you can search for or post current
job openings. As a Pomona alumnus, you can search jobs listed by other
Sagehens interested in hiring you. And, if you want to hire a Pomona
alumnus you can post a job for them to view.

Technology Lab
Access employment opportunities, resume banks, the alumni database, and
other career-related web resources from the CDO's own computer lab. Most
