Common Interviewing Errors
  • "Know it all"
  • Poor diction and grammar
  • Lack of confidence
  • Unwilling to start at the bottom
  • Too concerned about money
  • Excessively nervous
  • Want the job for a short time
  • Use weak phrases--"I want to work with people." (specify how you want to work with people i.e. teaching, managing, counseling, etc.)
  • Lack of maturity
