How do I write a thank you letter?
It is important to send the interviewer a letter of thanks after the meeting.
Mail your letter the day after your interview. Here is a sample outline of a
thank you letter.

Dear Mr. or Mrs. Employer,
Thank the interviewer for taking the time to speak with you, and express your
interest in the position and the organization. Mention something unique about
your conversation (e.g. you both like baseball or are both from Oklahoma) or add
something you forgot to say during the interview. You can also reiterate how you
feel your skills fit into the organization now that you know more about it. Once
again, let the interviewer know that you look forward to hearing from the
organization.
