The on-campus recruiting program gives juniors and seniors the opportunity to interview for full-time and internship positions with organizations visiting The Claremont Colleges.

Our web-based system, Route 47, will provide you 24 hour-a-day access to recruiting program information.  Through Route 47 you can:

• View the Claremont Colleges list of employers (continually updated)
• Research presentations given by employers, graduate schools/programs, and fellowship organizations
• Submit your resume, cover letter and transcript to apply to an organization
• Sign up for interview schedules or check your interviewing status
• Change and cancel an interview time

You must regularly check in the system for submission and sign-up deadlines, as well as to schedule your interviews.  Reminders will not be given to you from the career centers.

By entering The Claremont Colleges Online Recruiting System, Route 47, you agree to adhere to the rules, regulations and policies.  Any abridgement of the rules, regulations and/or policies will result in revoking your job and internship campus recruiting privileges at The Claremont Colleges.

How to Participate:

1. Read the On-Campus Recruiting Instructions and the Recruiting Policies.
2. Login to Route 47.
3. Update your Registration/User Profile, upload your resume and transcript materials, and search for submission deadlines and upcoming presentations.
4. Prepare for your interview:  research the employer, attend an interview workshop, complete a practice interview, and come to CDO Drop-In Advising Hours.
