Parents Fund

Pomona parents have generously supported the College almost since its founding in 1887. Historical records indicate Pomona's first-ever parent gift was received back in 1890 - when the College was just three years old.

Those first parent donors began a tradition of generosity that continues to have a substantial impact on students' experiences here. Your gifts help support faculty and student research, state-of-the-art laboratory and classroom technologies, academic programs, student activities, student services like those provided by Career Development and Graduate Fellowship offices, and much, much more. Perhaps the most important use of your gifts is to enhance our generous financial aid program. It is in part due to your sustained support that we are able to offer need-blind admissions and continue to meet the full financial need of all our students.

Please join your fellow parents in making a gift to the Annual Fund. Pomona College Associates are those who give between $250 and $1,499 each year. Torchbearers, our leadership group, give $1,500 or above. Be assured that every gift is valuable and valued. Thank you!
