The Office of Financial Aid has found that a number of Financial Aid related websites offer insight into the process of applying for aid. Sites for financial aid calculators, loan repayment estimators, explanations of the aid process, and the FAFSA website can provide you additional resources and increase your confidence about the aid process. Financial Aid Information Page
FinAid.org provides comprehensive information on financial aid as well as links to many of the most prominent related financial aid websites. Includes basic overview of how to apply for financial aid, links to financial aid Web and gopher servers of many colleges and universities, advice on identifying scholarship scams and a list of suspicious scholarship opportunities, the ability to estimate Expected Family Contribution (EFC) using both Federal Methodology as well as Institutional Methodology, and the ability to link to several scholarship searches on the web as well as websites that enable you to calculate loan repayment.

College Board
The College Board’s Web Site contains the online College Scholarship Services (CSS) PROFILE application, the CSS Money PLANNER, the MyRoad college and career planning tool, and a scholarship search engine. The College Board’s financial aid calculator allows you to complete an on-line estimate of Expected Family Contribution (EFC) using both Federal Methodology and the Institutional Methodology.

Sallie Mae
Sallie Mae’s Web Site provides comprehensive information on student and parent loan programs. You may also estimate loan repayment, college costs, borrowing needs, and budgets. Sallie Mae also provides information on Sallie Mae affiliated lenders.

FAFSA
The FAFSA Web Site contains the on-line version of the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA). Please note that the 2008-2009 FAFSA is available only after January 1, 2008.
