Documents in this section offer more context, detail, and
interpretation of data than simple summary tables and charts
provided elsewhere. Reports vary in length and style
but are intended to allow for a deeper look at topics of
interest to the College. Some are publicly available, while
others are restricted to internal campus audiences. Restricted
documents are for the internal use of Pomona College for
research and planning purposes.
Student Engagement and Learning

Diversity and Campus Climate
Pomona College has a long history of curricular and
co-curricular initiatives that seek to cultivate and enrich
the college student experience through diversity.

Life After Pomona
Data on our graduates' future plans and post-Pomona
activities come from a variety of sources, including the
Senior Survey, the Alumni Survey, and the National Science
Foundation's Survey of Earned Doctorates.

One indicator of post-graduate student activity is the
number of graduates from an institution who go on to earn
PhDs. These studies are based on data from the Survey of
Earned Doctorates conducted by the National Science
Foundation and the Completions Survey coordinated by the
National Center for Educational Statistics. Data are
publicly available for download at WebCASPAR (http://caspar.nsf.gov),
an online data retrieval system of the NSF.
