Alumni Week: April 28-30
Tents on Marston Quad. Alumni milling about campus, wandering through bushes to catch a glimpse of their old room. Parades into Big Bridges. Sound familiar? It should. Class Reunions are coming up in April, and we're preparing for quite a celebration.
And after last year's rain, we're crossing our fingers for good weather and expecting lots of fun.
This year's festivities will differ just a bit from previous years: Class Reunions for classes ending in 0 or 5 will take place April 28-30, and this year, we are inviting all alumni to return to campus for Alumni Day, Saturday, April 29. Activities will include the popular traditions of music and dance presentations, campus bus tours, the Parade of Classes, Wash I and Wash II, and much more.
As Pomona graduates always hunger for knowledge, we hope you will join us Friday, April 28 for the Alumni College Symposium, "Fin de Millénaire: Truths & Myths," when millennium experts from Pomona's faculty will dispel and possibly even support some of our fears and hopes for the new millennium. (For you purists, this is a look forward to the coming millennium in 2001!) Bring your appetite for knowledge and food as we will break for lunch. Reservations for lunch are required.

While every effort was made to ensure the accuracy of the 1998-1999 Pomona College Honor Roll, we have, to our chagrin, found a few mistakes and omissions that are corrected below. The Honor Roll sent to alumni, parents and friends in October 1999 reflects gifts made to Pomona College between July 1, 1998, and June 30, 1999. Thanks again for your support!
