College Offers Dining Workers Labor Peace Agreement Proposal
On July 21, the Pomona College administration sent a letter and labor peace agreement proposal to all Dining Services workers, a group of whom have expressed interest in forming a union. The proposal remains true to the principles of a secret ballot to determine whether a majority of workers want to be represented by a union and an offer of neutrality from the College during the card signing process that is required to request an election.
