Prof. Miguel Tinker Salas Interviewed by International Media About Venezuela and its Future
Miguel Tinker Salas, the Arango Professor in Latin American History, is being interviewed on KQED Radio, Democracy Now!, KPFA Radio and Al Jazeera English today regarding the death of Venezuelan Pres. Hugo Chavez and what’s next for Venezuela. He has been interviewed by numerous other media outlets since yesterday, including USA Today. Tinker Salas is the author of The Enduring Legacy: Oil, Culture and Citizenship in Venezuela (2009) and the forthcoming Venezuela: What Everyone Needs to Know.
