Video: Professor Len Seligman on the Trials of an Expert Witness
In a lecture on September 11, 2013, Pomona College Professor of Biology Len Seligman recounted the trials and tribulations of being an expert witness in a biotechnology patent lawsuit. However, Professor Seligman became an expert witness for the small firm on the other side of the courtroom.
In this 47-second excerpt, learn how the attorneys from each side of a case can describe the same thing in wildly different terms.
