Since its transfer to Pomona College, the Pacific Basin Institute has supported an archive, in addition to numerous lectures, events and student projects, that highlight the art, culture, economics, history and religion of the Asia-Pacific region. The PBI Archive has an extensive audiovisual library of film and other special collections totaling over 1,130 linear feet of material touching upon almost every academic discipline. It has recently moved to Hahn 112 & 114, where a new archival storage facility was constructed to provide a multimedia space for students, faculty and staff of the college community to utilize its resources on campus. A more comprehensive catalog is currently being created and will connect the PBI Archive catalog the CUC library's Blais catalog in the near future. Learn more...
