Tutoring |
 |
Stuck? Struggling? Tutoring help for students in a variety
of subjects is available
through the Office of Student Affairs.
And becoming a tutor has its benefits as well. You can help your fellow students with coursework
while keeping up your own skills in a subject! It's a
great way to meet other students and perform a very
worthwhile community service at the same time. Oh, and did
we mention you get paid student wages, the work hours are
convenient and you don't ever have to leave campus?
If you wish to become a tutor, you can sign up on this site,
then we'll certify you to tutor a particular class and start
referring classmates to you for help. To get paid,
simply come in to Student Affairs to sign up and learn how
to log your hours online.
If you have questions or need additional assistance,
please feel free to come by Student Affairs, Alexander 102,
and talk to Sheri Sardinas about the program.
Also, if we don't have a tutor in the subject you need, check with
your professor or classmates for potential tutors. Then just have that
person sign up to tutor you. |
