The following description is meant as a guide to help you decide which trip
most suits your desires and abilities. These descriptions are not intended as
comprehensive itineraries and are subject to change.
 Southern
California’s famous beaches and beautiful coast offer
plenty of sun and sand on this trip. You will camp at
El Capitan State Beach overlooking the Pacific Ocean,
just outside of the popular city of Santa Barbara, or
one of our southern beach sites such as Doheny, San
Onofre or San Clemente. From
your campsite, you have access to the beach and
nearby hiking trails or towns. Activities may
include biking around the city and beach, kayaking, or
sailing in the harbor with professional guides. At the end
of each day, you will have time to share stories, play
games, and cook dinner with your group. This trip
appeals to beach-lovers who don’t mind camping but would
like more city exposure than the Island or Sea Kayaking
Adventures offer.
