film, six-pack rings
- Aluminum, steel, tin cans, foil
- All glass
- Paper and cardboard: Includes newspaper, corrugated
cardboard, cereal and food boxes, magazines, envelopes
(even with plastic windows), softcover books, mailing
envelopes with bubble lining, paper bags (shopping bags,
gift bags) - staples and crayon drawings okay!
- Milk cartons, wine boxes, juice boxes, etc.

- Small electronics (including cell phones, computer
accessories, CFLs and other fluorescent bulbs, and
anything else that plugs in)
- CDs and DVDs
- Packing materials (such as packing peanuts and
bubble wrap)
- Cardboard boxes
- Printer ink cartridges
ReCoop/Clean Sweep (bring to Walker
Lounge 2nd floor)

clothing and costumes

- Working electronics (fans, lights, power strips,
appliances, TVs, etc.)

Compost (bring to the Farm)

Non-meat
and non-dairy food scraps
- Green waste (flowers, leaves, etc.)
- Light paper products (napkins, Kleenex)
- Compostable plastic bags (such as those used by
Challah for Hunger)
Note: Compostable plates, takeout boxes, and
silverware cannot be composted at the Farm.
Students -
check out a compost bucket to collect your items!
