The Pomona College Theater & Dance Department is excited to announce our call for submissions for the annual 10 Minute Play Festival! Submissions are due NOVEMBER 11th. The five winning plays will be performed on Friday, February 14th at 3:00PM in the GREEK THEATER, during Family Weekend.
This year, we are curating the season around the theme of “Magic & Ritual.” We are looking for stories that center around the ways the past and present collide to reveal the everyday rituals and superstitions that shape our lives.
The festival is open to all faculty, staff, and students of The Claremont Colleges community. If you don't have a lot of theater experience, don't worry. If your play is selected, we will help you put together a creative team.
This is our first year at the Greek Theater, so please remember as you write your plays that our new venue means we will not have control over lights and sound.
