No commercial photography is permitted on the Pomona College campus without the express permission of Conference & Event Planning. In general, permission for such photography will be granted only for the personal use of students, parents, alumni, faculty, staff and trustees of the College, or as a private record of an event (such as a wedding) for which the participants have rented a Pomona College facility. (See Facilities Policy.) Commercial shoots for advertising purposes are not permitted.

No commercial filming or video for the purposes of advertising is permitted on the Pomona College campus. No shooting of film or video for use in television or cinema productions is permitted without the express permission of Conference & Event Planning. In general, permission for a very limited number of film/video projects is granted each year, at the discretion of Conference & Event Planning. In most instances, requests for permission for location shooting on the campus will be considered only during periods when the College is not in session and only when the project features significant involvement by Pomona alumni, trustees, faculty, staff or students.
