Residential Conferences
Pomona College offers many possibilities for your conference needs. We have conference rooms and classrooms that will accommodate from ten to 500 people in varied settings (e.g., classrooms, auditoriums, musical recital halls, sporting facilities and banquet space). All classroom/meeting rooms are "smart rooms" (e.g., full audio visual capabilities) and many have flexible seating to meet your needs.
Live-in conferences are welcome during the months of June and July. Attendees stay in our residential halls with the ability to arrange for linen service or bring in their own linen for their stay. Daily meal service is available in our dining halls (Frank Dining Hall and Frary Dining Hall) with full catering services available should you want breaks provided for your classes/meetings, lunch served in your meeting room or that special dinner to wrap up your successful conference.
"Day" Events
You don't have to live on campus to enjoy our beautiful facilities. Have your seminar, meeting or retreat at Pomona College. Use one of our classrooms, Smith Campus Center, or Trails End Ranch for your meeting. We also offer recreational facilities for your sports camp or your private pool party. Catering is always available for any event on campus. Although our primary window of opportunity is during college breaks, we do offer classrooms to be used during our school term around the academic schedule.
