To change or manage your password into the service, go to Pomona’s Identity Management Service.
Once you log in with your username and password, you will be provided with the following options.
- Reset Password: Reset or change your current password. This is useful if you have responded to a phishing email or feel that your account has been otherwise compromised.
- Setup Security Questions: Setup your forgotten password security questions and answers. These secret answers will allow you to recover your password if you forget it. If you have already set up these questions, the system will tell you so and ask you to answer those before proceeding.
- Update Profile: Update your user profile data. Here you are able to provide an alternate email address at which you can be reached.
- My Account: Information about your password and password policies such as how long it has been since you’ve changed your password, what password policies at Pomona College are and so forth.
If you have forgotten your password, you are able to do so here as well. Instead of logging in with your username and password (since your password is forgotten), click on the link “Forgotten Password: Regain access to your account if you have forgotten your password.”
