Timecard Problems (Kronos)

Everyone who needs to use Kronos for Pomona employment also needs a Pomona College account. If you need your account information, please come to the ITS Service Desk in the J.C. Cowart IT Building (156 E. 7th Street), Monday – Friday, 8 a.m. – 5 p.m., with your college or state issued picture ID.

Note: Employees who clock in/out on time clocks will not have the ability to login to Kronos.

Even if you have a Pomona College account, you will not be able to log into Kronos until all hiring paperwork for Human Resources and Payroll has been completed. Once Human Resources and Payroll complete the paperwork, you and your supervisor will receive an e-mail from Payroll letting you know that you now have access to Kronos.

Kronos on Laptop/Desktop Computers with Adobe Flash Player Enabled in the Browser

Kronos can be used with web browsers that have Adobe Flash Player installed. However, you’ll get the best results with Internet Explorer (Windows), Safari (Mac) or Firefox (Both).  If your web browser does not have Flash Player installed, you can download it free from Adobe.  Your web browser may require that you activate Flash when you first try to access Kronos; in that case, you should tell it to Always Allow.

Kronos will take you to the CAS or Single Sign On login screen. Choose your college from the pulldown menu, and enter your user name and password.

Kronos on Mobile Devices, or in Browsers Without Flash

Kronos requires Adobe Flash Player in order to run.  However, because most web browsers on mobile devices do not support Flash, Kronos is not supported on mobile devices or web browsers that do not support the Adobe Flash plug-in.
