Box provides a secure environment for students, faculty, and staff to share and store files and folders. Your initial space allocation on Box is 50 gigabytes. You can consolidate your shareable content in a single location, and access it from anywhere, on any device. In Box, you can create or upload files and folders, share them using a direct link, invite others to collaborate, and revise and review your files. Student accounts are converted to personal accounts with the 50GB allocation upon graduation from the college.
You can sign-up for your account on Box by logging in to the campus portal (http://my.pomona.edu). Then select “Computing and Email” from the menu on the left hand side and then select Box which will take you to a page where you can create your personal Box account.
