In order to best promote the health and safety of the ITS team through social distancing and ensure that ITS can continue to serve the College, we will offer support in the following ways:

1. For hardware support needs or equipment requests, ITS is happy to support you through appointments made via the Service Desk. Unfortunately, we will not be able to support walkups without confirmed appointments. We ask that you make an appointment to come to Cowart only if you have a need for equipment pickup or repair.

2. For software support, ITS remains committed to delivering the best possible help through our excellent remote support tools. We are no longer able to offer software or application support on an in-person basis.

3. All other technology maintenance, such as classrooms, network and the like, will be handled after hours.

As we have for the last several weeks, ITS will also continue to offer training on a number of topics that are of interest to you. Through this training, you can best ensure that your technology needs are met.
