ITS is excited to welcome Kristina Khederlarian to the position of Business Analyst in our recently-formed Project Management Office (PMO). As the Business Analyst, Kristina will be instrumental in the management of all technology-related projects for the Pomona community. As the PMO continues to be developed, she will be partnering with students, faculty, and staff across campus, to provide analytical expertise that will be used to develop project management strategy and the successful completion of projects. Kristina came to us initially several months ago in a part-time capacity, to assist our Director of Project Management Rolondo Talbott, as he began building our new PMO. We are delighted to now have her in a full-time role!
Kristina is currently a Claremont Graduate University student pursing her PhD in International Relations. She has extensive background in working in project management, and a Master Degree in Management. Previously she has worked as a Project Manager and Business Analyst in the US and has served as an international consultant in Europe and Canada. She particularly enjoyed her international consulting work in that it allowed her to experience a wide variety of cultures and explore how people lived around the world. This interest in an international perspective has informed her desire to continue to study international relations professionally. Coming from a mostly corporate background, she was especially attracted to Pomona’s free thinking culture and the open work environment that the college promotes.
In her free time, Kristina enjoys spending time with her dog and is very involved in volunteer work, having previously volunteered for organizations such as Project Angel Food, World Vision, and Young Life. Currently, she gives her time to mentoring younger girls. She is also a member of SIG Theta Kappa, an honorary management society.
Please join us in welcoming Kristina to the Pomona community!
