Welcome to a brand new year! We’re happy to be back in the swing of things here at ITS and we hope that everyone’s semester is off to a great start. To help make sure that your first few weeks do go smoothly, here are some useful ITS pointers!

Should you require assistance, the ITS Service Desk is open Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., with extended hours staffed by student consultants after-hours and on the weekend. We’re located in the J.C. Cowart ITS building on 7th street. You can also reach us by sending an email to ServiceDesk@pomona.edu or giving us a call at (909) 621-8061, (on campus) x18061.

Self-help on a variety of topics, including frequently asked questions is also available via our Knowledge Base at helpdesk.pomona.edu

If you’ve forgotten or need to reset your Pomona password for any reason, you can do so yourself at mypassword.pomona.edu.  

For reliable Wifi across consortial campuses, use our Eduroam network, which you can access using your Pomona Login and password. Note that exact login configuration will vary depending on when you started at Pomona College. Older logins will look like LoginID@campus.pomona.edu, while newer ones will be configured as LoginID@pomona.edu.
