The College licenses the use Endnote, the bibliographic management software, on college owned computers only. Pomona College students, faculty and staff can use Endnote on lab and classroom computers or on their personally purchased computers through the Pomterm1 terminal server via remote desktop.

GIS (Geographic Information Systems)

The College has a site license for the ArcGIS software. Contact ITG: itg@pomona.edu for information on acquirig the software. The Libraries of the Claremont Colleges provide GIS support.

​The College has licensed HyperResearch, a software package used for qualitative analysis. HyperResearch is installed on the computer lab computers and can be installed on faculty computers on the campus network.

Komodo IDE 4

Komodo IDE 4 (http://www.activestate.com/Products/komodo_ide/) is a powerful, multi-platform, multi-language programming IDE for development of applications written in languages such as Perl, PHP, Python, Ruby and Tcl. Pomona College students are eligible for a student discount on the purchase of Komodo using the online request form: http://www.activestate.com/education/student_pricing.mhtml

Mathematica
