ITS full-time staff can provide some limited repairs or replacements to hardware owned by the College. As of June 30, 2009 we are no longer authorized to provide warranty repairs on HP printers. These and other repairs may need to be sent back to the manufacturer in order to protect the warranty.

Damage caused to equipment by user carelessness and requiring an expenditure will be charged to the user or the department.
