If you were away from campus during winter break and tested positive for COVID-19, this message is for you. I am specifically speaking to students who learned they were positive based on a COVID-19 test not provided by SHS. If this is you, please be sure to complete 10 days of isolation before returning to campus.
If you tested COVID positive and have lab results or medical documentation with your name, the date of the test and the type of test, please email a copy of the test result to firstname.lastname@example.org and email@example.com. Please be sure to include in the email, your full name, student ID number and when you are returning to campus. Once your test results are reviewed by SHS, you will be excused from testing for 90 days from the date of your positive test. Please do not test once you arrive campus.
If you tested COVID-19 positive and don't have lab results or medical documentation because you took an "at home" test, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and email@example.com with your full name, student ID number, date of birth, the date of your first positive "at home" test, and the date you will arrive on campus. You will be required to test on campus within 48 hours of arrival. If your test is positive that will confirm your prior positive test and then you will be excused from testing for 90 days. (You will not be required to isolate for a second time.) If your test is negative, you will be required to continue to test weekly.
If you tested positive via a test given by SHS, you do not need to do anything as your testing information is already in the system.
