Baroque Chamber Music Ensemble

The ensemble was established in 2008 by colleagues in the Pomona College Music Department with the goal of exploring lesser-known byways of Baroque chamber music. The group typically gives 1 to 2 concerts each year.

The ensemble will be playing – on period instruments - trio and quadro sonatas by Handel and his contemporaries Johann Christoph Pepusch, Nicola Francesco Haym, Antonio Vivaldi, Christoph Schaffrath and Georg Philipp Telemann.
