Pomona College Band

Chihiro Tamefusa ’16

Graydon Beeks, conductor, leads the ensemble in a varied program that includes Diversions by Bernard Heiden with alto saxophonist Chihiro Tamefusa (PO ’16), "Pur ti miro" from L’incoronazione di Poppea by Monteverdi and arranged for winds by Stephen Klein with Chihiro Tamefusa, soprano saxophone and Christine Moore, cornet and My Bonne, arranged by William F. Russell for piano four-hands with Molly Cole  (PO ’16) and Eron Smith  (PO ’16). The program also includes works by Holst, Ives, Winges and others.
