Keynote Address by Dr. V.S. Ramachandran, Director for the Center for the Brain and Cognition, UC San Diego. Reception following the address in South Portico, Bridges Auditorium.

Dr. V.S. Ramachandran is Director of the Center for Brain and Cognition and Distinguished Professor in the Psychology Department and Neurosciences Program at the University of California, San Diego. Author of A Brief Tour of Human Consciousness, Phantoms in the Brain, and The Tell Tale Brain:  A Neuroscientists’s Quest for What Makes Us Human, he has been called “the Marco Polo of Neuroscience” (Richard Dawkins).
