Armory Center for the Arts in Pasadena and the Benton Museum of Art at Pomona College in Claremont, CA, invite you to celebrate the release of Alison Saar: Of Aether and Earthe.
Our program will feature conversations with special guests, poetry readings, and a festive toast as we unveil the most comprehensive publication on Saar to date.
Participants include Alison Saar and scholar Christina Sharpe with key representatives of our shared constituencies who will read poems included in the catalogue:

Saar will conclude the event with a libation created live (recipe upon Zoom RSVP) followed by a ceremonial blessing
