While some artists prefer to work in solitude, others embrace the philosophy of collaboration. During this first salon session, we’ll consider the lives of artists and their social circles. Attendees are encouraged to bring questions, theories, and bold ideas about how social networks influence artists past and present.
About the Salon Series
Assistant curator of collections Solomon Salim Moore will be hosting an intimate monthly gathering to look closely at a selection of art from the Benton’s vaults. We’ll see you at the museum for these informal discussions and libations.
