An ongoing lecture series by artists who talk about the things they think about when they don’t think about their work.
For this rendition of Two or Three Things, editors Jonn Herschend and Will Rogan of THE THING Quarterly, have invited three artists to each spend 20 min talking about something that is of interest to them but does not immediately pertain to their work.
Visual Artist David Korty (THE THING QUARTERLY issue 23 Contributor), will talk about some of the flies he makes for fly fishing. Visual Artist and musician Liz Walsh will play sounds from her ongoing collection and discuss prehistoric Animals. Designer/Artist Brian Roettinger (and THE THING QUARTERLY issue 25 contributor) will figure it out as he drives in his car to the event.
