'Art and Activism' exhibit to run through April at Pomona College by Wes Woods II, Inland Valley Daily Bulletin
There is more to the "Art and Activism" exhibit at the Pomona College Museum of Art in Claremont than the title would suggest.
"The `Art and Activism' exhibition contains works that are quite accessible to a broad public, but at the same time, the more you look at them, and talk about them with other people, the more ideas emerge about both the subject matter and the way in which the artist has organized the visual material," said curator Frances Pohl in an email.
The college's Museum of Art is holding the exhibition with artwork from Pomona College's permanent collection through April 14.
